Your data belongs to you

Business records you create belong to your business. We process them only to provide the service.

Export

While your plan is active, the owner can download a complete Excel workbook of all business data. Passwords, PINs and security keys are never included in exports.

After a plan ends

Data is kept and becomes fully available again when you renew. The complete export is available only while a plan is active.

Account closure

The owner can request closure and deletion from the Privacy Center. Some records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Paused accounts

An account may be paused for misuse or payment disputes. Data is kept while an account is paused.
