Plans

Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly plans are available. Prices are shown before GST; GST is added at the applicable rate and a GST invoice is issued.

Activation

A plan starts when your payment is confirmed, when our team activates it, or when you redeem a valid license key. Each license key works once.

Renewal

Renew any time. Renewing early adds the new period after your current end date, so you do not lose days.

Reminders

We email reminders before your plan ends (by default 15, 13, 11, 9, 7, 5, 3 and 1 days before) and show a notice in the app.

At expiry

Your data is not deleted. Paid features and the complete data export pause until you renew.
